Good news indeed – the response to the band’s first album in 39 years Never Went Back has nothing short of brilliant. It seems that the two-man format of the band in their true sense has been exactly what the doctor ordered. The remarks sent back really show that great original music still has a place in many hearts.

Both Billy and Bobby thank you all personally for all the interest that has been generated by you the fans, after ll it’s that interest that is the genesis of the Legacy Project! So we move forward with perhaps the most exciting news yet – we are working on the next album!!

Yes there is to be a follow up album and it is to be a studio concept album containing many unheard of songs that will band together to make that concept album. We are keeping that one under wraps for now, but we hope that once again your support will be forth coming. So, 2021 is going to be a most fulfilling year for Splinter.

Also we wish to announce the formation of www.insideandoutsideNo3.com which is our sister site and will be the centre-point of a new organisation looking at the products of Apple Records, which was based at No3 Saville Row, London W.1. Full details to be announced shortly so stay tuned, it won’t be long.
